These terms cover use of localcallco.com and the services LocalCallCo offers to local businesses. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.
Who we are
LocalCallCo is a Magnolia, Texas business that builds websites and related local-visibility work for one business per category per town under the offers described on this site.
What we do — and what we don’t promise
- We deliver the scope you approve (for example a custom site, Google Business Profile work, review tools, and related setup as listed in your agreement or the public offer you accept).
- We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume, revenue, or placement in Google, ChatGPT, or any other product. Results depend on your market, reviews, competition, and factors outside our control.
- “Live in 7 days or the launch is free” and the 14-day love-it-or-leave-it refund apply as stated on the site for qualifying founding/standard launches, subject to you providing timely approvals and required access (domain, logins, content decisions).
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and timely feedback.
- Own or have rights to materials you give us (logos, photos, copy).
- Comply with Google and other platform rules for profiles, reviews, and messaging. We do not create fake reviews or violate platform policies.
Payment
Launch fees and monthly care are as quoted for your trade and offer tier. Founding launch is typically half to start and half when the site is live and you accept it, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Monthly care is month-to-month and may be canceled any time; founding monthly rate locks are as stated in your offer.
Refunds
Where the 14-day love-it-or-leave-it guarantee applies, request a refund within 14 days of delivery as described on the site. We will refund the launch fee according to that policy and may take the site down. Guarantees do not cover third-party fees (domains, ads, app store charges) paid to others.
Intellectual property
Until paid in full as agreed, we retain rights in our work product. After full payment for a site build, you own the site deliverables we created for you, except for third-party tools, stock, fonts, or platforms that keep their own licenses. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, LocalCallCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or leads. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim.
Site use
Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms service, attempting break-ins, or illegal use). Content on the site is for information about our services; it is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Trademarks
Google, ChatGPT, and other product names are trademarks of their owners. LocalCallCo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC or OpenAI.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
